Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn hats in original condition. Customer pays return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us at radreeling@yahoo.com within 7 days with photos. If approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
